Raleigh’s Chix in Business will present a panel discussion on the business of living and working green. Hosted by McKinney in Durham, the dialog will take place October 1st from 6:30 – 8:30 pm at the agency’s headquarters on the American Tobacco Campus in Durham.
Speakers include: Renee Jarvis, Office Services Manager/Vice President for McKinney, Jane Norton, Chief Visionary Officer of ReSourcing Natural Solutions and Eartheal, and Marsha Burger from Green Building Council.
In addition to the presentation a Green Vendor Showcase will share the lime light of the evening. Eight spaces will be available for green providers to show their wares to event attendees. Space is obtainable for a contribution of $250.00 per vendor. The showcase will take place in McKinney’s glassed walled conference rooms, visible on all side and from all levels of the building the rooms will create flow and energy around the topic, allowing our guests to be enticed by the displays. One hundred and fifty plus guests will have 45 minutes at the beginning of the event to mix, mingle and learn as they visit the showcase. Please contact Susan Maravetz: susan@thinkworkplay.com if you are interested in being a sponsor. Opportunities are on a first come/first serve on the slots.
